Bella Rio is a private villa currently under construction in Kamala, on the west coast of Phuket. RJM Management provides development oversight on behalf of the owner and is planning the villa's opening and operation.
During construction, RJM monitors progress, budget and contractor coordination on the owner's side. Alongside the build, RJM is preparing the operating set-up for the villa — standards, service providers and administration — so it is ready to operate on completion.
